Mary-Jos-Angels-Logo-200xThe Bethesda Foundation is looking for caregivers to who have improved the quality of life of cancer survivors.

By Friday, Sept. 12, nominate someone you know for a Mary Jo's Angels Award, given by the foundation to honor those caregivers who mirror the graceful and compassionate spirit of Mary Jo Cropper, who succumbed to breast cancer in 2011. She left behind a legacy to our community, the Mary Jo Cropper Family Center for Breast Care, and her sensitivity toward cancer patients was remarkable.

Award winners will be recognized at the fourth annual Mary Jo's Angels event, hosted by the Bethesda Foundation, Nov. 12 at the Manor House in Mason. Last year's event raised more than $345,000 for clinical research at the breast care center.
