Three TriState Benefit Solutions (TBS) team members have been named Team Member of the Month in 2014: Nina Chatman for March, Chris Ott for February and Virginia Williams for January.

• Nina Chatman joined TBS in 2009, and since her arrival, has advanced professionally. She has been solely responsible for several plans, including one of TBS' most challenging clients. According to her co-workers, she "has done an excellent job ensuring client satisfaction.
• Chris Ott joined TBS in 2013 and not only fulfills his job duties successfully, but also goes above and beyond for anyone who needs assistance. He has successfully led a number of major projects and is a key member on the implementation team.
• Virginia Williams joined TBS in 2010 when she started as a temporary team member. Her co-workers describe her as reliable, hard working and a dedicated team member. She has significantly contributed to the success of TBS.
