The Bethesda Oak Team Member Fitness Center opened Monday, July 1 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and tours.

Located on the third floor of Bethesda Oak (next to Payroll), the facility is open from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Membership fees are $7.50 per pay period.

The fitness center offers:

• Cardiovascular and strength equipment
• Free weights
• Group fitness classes
• Free fitness consultations

TriHealth has team member fitness centers at Bethesda North and Good Samaritan and offers group fitness classes at Bethesda Arrow Springs. Employees also receive discounts at the TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion, the YWCA Downtown Co-Ed Fitness Center and Bayley Fitness Club in Delhi.
