In recent years, technology changes have impacted everyone at TriHealth. These changes include TriHealth Connect, the nationally recognized clinical data and financial warehouses, massive infrastructure improvement and the integration of dozens of systems required for the rapid growth of our system.

These efforts are designed toward a future where information technology supports better patient outcomes, providing the tools required for efficient, informed, and excellent care. "We are bridging the gap between quality and information technology, and we're aiming high," said Rick Moore, TriHealth's Chief Information Officer. "We are continuing, as well, to build and improve our financial and business systems' technology and support."

As part of this, four new directors will join our team, providing leadership in specific areas of information technology.

• Nancy Griest, Director of I.T. Finance and Business Systems - Nancy, who is moving from Navato, Calif., was most recently Senior Vice President at Brown & Toland Medical Group. She has extensive experience in information systems leadership and business operations, including health care delivery, managed care, and medical benefit management.
• Jim Huegen, Director of I.T. Infrastructure - Jim will oversee the data center and the complex systems and networks necessary to support operations. Jim was Director of Cloud Services for Logicalis and previously led the technical services divisions at Cintas and Catholic Health Partners.
• John Ward, Director of Ambulatory Systems - John has been Managing Director of the Cincinnati Office of Fusion Alliance for several months, where he went after leaving TriHealth in 2012.
• Eric Peters, Director of Informatics - Formerly TriHealth's EMR Benefit Realization Manager, Eric will oversee the data warehouse, reporting and data inegration areas. He has been with TriHealth since 2009, and previously was a technology consultant with Accenture.

These team members will work alongside Cathy French, Director of Health System Products.
