Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA, Limited FSA and Dependent Care) can be accessed through BeneCenter.  You can also view your account information and file claims online.

Health Savings Accounts (HSA)

For participants new to the HSA with HealthCare Bank: 

  1. If you did not open your account with HealthCare Bank, contributions (employer and team member) cannot be placed into your account. To open your account, sign the terms and conditions online by going to the BeneCenter link and selecting Health Saving Account from the menu and then select the blue menu bar "View HSA account details and actions."
  2. If you had a BeneCard for flexible spending in the prior plan year, that card is now your new HSA card.
  3. If you wish to request another BeneCard, contact Benesyst at 1 855 236 3797.

For participants with prior HSA balances enrolled in the HD90 Plan: 

The completed HSA Account Closure forms were delivered to UMB and they are processing the requests to transfer participants' assets to HealthCare Bank and close their UMB accounts.  We are working with UMB and HealthCare Bank to expedite these asset transfers, but we anticipate it may take several weeks before all requests are processed.

The termination of the group contract with UMB did not automatically terminate access to your funds; however, UMB card holders recently received a new VISA card in the mail to enable access to HSA funds in your UMB account prior to the completion of the transfer process.  During this interim period, you are encouraged to use your new BeneCard for eligible transactions and minimize the activity on your UMB Account until the funds have been transferred.

BeneScholar  - Tuition Reimbursement administration is now located on HRCentral through the BeneCenter link.  You can find a quick reference tutorial under the Notice section.

BeneCommute - This benefit offers the opportunity to purchase pre-paid transportation passes and vouchers on a pre-tax basis.  Order by the tenth day of the current month and your orders will be mailed directly to your home and the payroll deduction will occur on the first pay date of the following month. 

Medical cards  - ID cards were mailed to all team members enrolled in the Total Care HMO plan. HD90 participants will only receive a new card if they are new to the plan or if there was a change in coverage level.   If you have questions regarding your ID card, contact Humana customer service at 1 800 601 5031.

Dental Cards  - Dental Care Plus HMO - New ID cards were only mailed to team members who had a change in coverage or who are new to the Dental Care Plus plan. If you wish to request a new card or have questions, contact Dental Care Plus at 1 513 554 1100.

TriHealth Humana Dental PPO - New ID cards were only mailed to team members who had a change in coverage or who are new to the Humana PPO dental plan. If you wish to request a new card or have questions, contact Humana customer service at 1 800 601 5031.

Not user friendly, I can't get into HRdirect to apply for tuition reimbursement it keeps recycling the login page.
