TriHealth's new lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and straight allies team member resource group, United Resource Group for Equality (URGE), invites you to join the first networking event of the year from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 9, at Lavomatic Café, 1211 Vine St. in Over the Rhine.

URGE focuses on strengthening TriHealth's best practices for lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, and transgender (LGBT) patients, team members and their families by working with the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) and using results of the Healthcare Equality Index (HEI) survey.
