Nancy Garrison, Director of Team Member Benefits, will retire from TriHealth on Dec. 5 after 25 years of service. She has accepted another employment opportunity with a major health care system in Dayton. 

Nancy started her career with Bethesda as a reception clerk typist at Concern EAP. She held a variety of positions that increased in responsibility, including provider relations representative, senior application programmer/analyst, and manager of TriHealth Physicians Solutions, before taking a position as director of Team Member Benefits 11 years ago.

"We will miss Nancy, who values customer service and has a knack for finding solutions to complicated issues," said Walter McLarty, Chief Human Resources Officer. "And, even though I regret to see her leave, I ask that you join me in wishing Nancy the very best personally and professionally."

A formal recognition of Nancy will happen on Tuesday, Dec. 2, in the Oak Tree Room from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. All interested parties are welcome to join.
