Maya Stancheva, of Bethesda North Transport Services, has been recognized by the Bethesda Firestarters as the No. 1 Team Member for March.

Maya has been described by her co-workers as:

• Genuine and approachable;
• A positive role model; and
• Respected and appreciated by everyone.

According to one of her co-workers, "Maya has a smile that is contagious and, because of her, Bethesda North is a better place."

Maya will receive a cash prize, a special parking spot for the month, refreshments for her department and a special No. 1 Team Member certificate. She will also have her photo placed on the wall outside the cafeteria.
