Mary Steuber BSN, MEd, SPHR returns to Corporate Education as Manager of Organizational Development (OD). 

Mary previously worked with the Leadership Academy team in Corporate Education from 2002-2004 when she left to join Catholic Health Initiatives, first as their LEAD Training Manager before being promoted to Director of Leadership Development.

Mary has an impressive career history of leading Organizational Development for health care systems, both regionally and nationally. She has multiple certifications in assessment and diagnostic tools along with various training and development certificates.

Mary comes to her new role in Corporate Education with vast experience and proven results in executive coaching, team facilitation, internal OD consulting, training delivery and management.

In Mary's new role, she will have responsibility for leading the Leadership Academy in providing leadership development and internal OD consulting for TriHealth.
