As you know, last April, we launched our Leadership Development Institute (LDI), which is part of our system-wide effort to build the TriHealth Way of Leading, Serving and Delivering Care. The LDI brings our more than 800 system leaders together each quarter to learn a new set of TriHealth Way best practices. Following the LDIs, leaders are charged with introducing, teaching and, ultimately, hardwiring these practices within their respective departments.
We have now completed three LDIs and have standardized dozens of TriHealth Way best practices across our more than 140 sites of care – thanks to your active involvement and the support you’ve given our leaders. Before we go further, we want to hear from you about how were doing as leaders in demonstrating the TriHealth Way so far. Your feedback will provide us with valuable insights about what we’re doing well and where we need to improve.
To share feedback about your leader’s performance, please complete the confidential Leadership Effectiveness Assessment (LEA) in Success Factors by February 20. McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital (MHMH) team members will receive an email this week with a link to complete the same LEA using an online survey tool.
Leaders will be provided with their compiled LEA results by no later than March 13. They will not see any individual LEA forms and will not know who completed them. Leaders with five or more LEA completions will receive their own summary results report. Those with fewer than five completed LEAs will have their results combined with the results of their immediate supervisor. LEA summary results for individual leaders will be compared with the overall results of their business unit, as well as TriHealth’s overall results. Each leader will use her or his LEA results to develop a 90-day action plan focused on enhancing identified strengths and addressing noted improvement areas. In six months, team members will be asked to complete another LEA to assess progress.
