On May 15 and 16, TriHealth leaders will convene for our 2nd Annual Safety Summit and next Leadership Development Institute (LDI) at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center. As you know, our quarterly LDls have played an important role introducing and hardwiring the TriHealth Way of Leading, Serving and Delivering Care -the foundation of our bold journey to "get healthcare right" and to move TriHealth from good to great for those we serve.

As we celebrate the one-year anniversary since launching the sacred work of "Leading the Way to Zero Harm," Day One's Safety Summit will review the progress we have made in reducing harm through adoption of new safety and high reliability tools and practices as well as the work ahead on our continued journey to Zero Harm. Our dynamic keynote speaker, Zubin Damania, MD, will provide interesting and sometimes provocative insights on how to amplify and accelerate our sacred safety work throughout TriHealth. His presentation will be live-streamed on LinkNet for all our team members to enjoy.

Day Two's focus on leadership-and our work to become better servant leaders for you-will further explore how our TriHealth Way practices are at the core of our unwavering commitment and sacred work of delivering exceptional quality and safety and an unparalleled service experience, for every patient, always! Your leaders as always will share important learnings and takeaways with you when they return.

Thank you for supporting your leaders as they take the necessary time away from their daily responsibilities to participate in this important LDl...so ultimately, we can be better leaders for you!
