March 04, 2019
After a long and sometimes snowy winter, we have finally arrived at March – bringing with it the optimism and renewal of spring and Reds Opening Day along with Fat Tuesday, St. Patrick’s Day and Easter Celebrations!!! It’s also a time of renewal at TriHealth as we plan to hold Town Hall meetings throughout the system this month with an emphasis on recommitting ourselves to the TriHealth Way –particularly our values-based Always Behaviors and AIDET + The Promise. The TriHealth Way is ultimately our promise to treat our patients, their friends and family, and our fellow team members the way we’d expect to be treated. Perhaps one way to do that is to make a Lenten commitment to use Appreciation Station at least once a week to recognize a peer for living our SERVE values. March is also a time to plan for the renewal of the fiscal year (beginning July 1) with the annual budget and goal setting process now well underway. While admittedly a challenging time for the healthcare industry, I hope you know that because of your efforts and commitment TriHealth is leading the way in getting healthcare right for the communities we serve. I look forward to sharing our budget and plans for fiscal year 2020 during our Team Member Forums in May.
