Over the past several weeks, the leaders of our hospitals, ambulatory campuses, TPP practices and other major system campuses like Norwood have hosted dozens of Town Hall meetings at TriHealth locations across the system. These meetings have been focused on the idea that as a TriHealth team member, leader or physician, you are "All In," committed to helping TriHealth to transform healthcare delivery to ensure better care, better health and better value for all those we serve. Our local leaders have been asking everyone to reflect on why they chose to first come to TriHealth, and to recommit to our sacred work by consistently practicing ALWAYS Behaviors, AIDET +the Promise and creating Lasting Impressions at every encounter, every day, always. I encourage you to attend your local Town Hall if you haven't already and thank you to our leaders throughout the system for hosting these important gatherings! If you're unable to attend in person, you can view one of Good Sam's Town Halls hosted by Marla Silliman here. I'm All In and committed to leading this organization to get healthcare right - and I know you are with me!
