Another LDI is in the books! Following an intensive phase of leadership development and adoption of the TriHealth Way practices over the past three years, we’re now shifting to a phase that will ensure long-term mastery, consistent adoption and optimization of the TriHealth Way to improve our performance for those we serve. In healthcare, you are either directly serving our patients and community, or you are serving and supporting those who do! And no matter what your title or role, the work you do is sacred. Our January LDI agenda was framed to highlight and demonstrate the vital connection between inculcation of the TriHealth Way and excelling at our sacred work, and I know this investment in our future to truly become a unified system of care will help ensure that we get healthcare right for those we serve.
I’d also like to give a big congratulations to the Good Sam Foundation for a record setting event – the 35th Annual Gala this past Saturday raised over $606,000! Read more below about how the Good Sam Foundation partners with TriHealth to make our sacred work possible.
