TriHealth's long standing mission of improving the health of our patients and our community begins with our own team members and their families. We are deeply committed to supporting our team members' pursuit of living happy, healthy and productive lives so that they are better able to care for their families and loved ones, and in turn, equipped to better serve our patients each and every day.

This year, we will transition our benefits plan year from a fiscal year running July through June to a calendar year program; and, as a result we will hold two Open Enrollments. TriHealth is making this transition to a calendar year in order to provide team members more simplified tracking of medical expenses for tax reporting purposes, while also aligning with other calendar year-based programs such as HSA, HRA, and Medicare, for easier team member use and program management. The Spring Open Enrollment (April 29- May 10) covers benefit options for the period of July 1-December 31, 2019. The Fall Open Enrollment (November 4-15) will cover benefit options for the period of January 1-December 31, 2020. Click here for complete information on Open Enrollment and to learn what you need to do to ensure you and your family continue your insurance and benefit coverage.

Because this transition will impact many facets of your Total Rewards benefits, I encourage you to participate in a series of informational offerings this month, including HR Forums (week of April 15), Vendor Fairs (week of April 22) and Benefits Forums (check LinkNet for dates) to better understand your choices and which of these choices will best meet your individual and family needs. Thank you for all you do to make TriHealth a great place for our team members and physicians to practice, and the health system of choice for our patients and community!

All team members are invited to submit AIDET in Action feedback forms. This anonymous feedback helps us ensure we are all using AIDET + the Promise.
