Hi Team -

As we head into the Thanksgiving holiday, I want to take a moment to personally acknowledge and give thanks for our many special blessings and the exceptional dedication of our team members, physicians, volunteers and board members throughout this past year.

As you well know, our changing industry has required TriHealth to embark on a transformative journey to come together as ONE system to improve care, improve patient health and reduce costs for our community. You have taken this challenge to heart by embracing new roles and enthusiastically accepting new challenges with passion, enthusiasm, respect, kindness and commitment. And, you have done so without ever losing sight of our most important priority – to deliver unparalleled care and service to every individual we serve! You bring our patient-centered, values-led culture to life – one patient at a time, thousands of patients a day – and are the reason we have made such meaningful progress on our journey from good to great. What a wonderful reason to give thanks and praise this holiday season!!

My very best wishes to you and your loved ones for an enjoyable Thanksgiving holiday filled with family, friends, cherished holiday traditions − and some well-deserved rest and relaxation. It’s an honor to work beside you and be of service to you, our nearly 15,000 team members, physicians and volunteers, who bring our TriHealth mission to life each day.

This holiday, I will be giving heartfelt thanks for the privilege to be part of such an extraordinary team, in an extraordinary organization doing such extraordinary work in the city I call home.
