Lorenzo Chaparro, Emergency Room Technician, has been named the Good Samaritan Firestarters 2012 Team Member of the Year. Lorenzo goes the extra mile and anticipates the needs of the patients. He lives the values of TriHealth. He not only meets what is requested of him, but also looks for ways to add comfort to the patient. In addition, when he cares for homeless and elderly patients, he is sensitive, compassionate, non-judgmental, and respectful.
