Lisa Schappachar of the Bethesda North Pharmacy Department has been named the Bethesda North Firestarters No. 1 Team Member for April. According to her nominator, Lisa consistently demonstrates TriHealth values. She is also described as someone who provides information to nurses and doctors; answers bed alarms, call lights and telephones; assists visitors; and provides information during rounds.
