Linda Kreimer, RN, MBA has been promoted to Director of Service Access.

In her 15 years with TriHealth, Kreimer has served as the manager of care management, insurance verification and appeals department, as well as a project manager. Most recently, Kreimer has been an integral part of the Epic implementation team, serving as a principal trainer and IS liaison for the revenue cycle. She has an MBA from Xavier University and is a graduate of Good Samaritan School of Nursing. Kreimer will be responsible for all areas of Access including Central Scheduling, Central Pre-Registration, On-Site Registration, Insurance Verification, Appeals, Referral Services, the Operators and Patient Information staff.

Kreimer replaces Barb Boyne, RN, MBA, who is transitioning to her new role as Executive Director of Hospital Operations. Boyne's other areas of responsibility, including Care Management, Clinical Documentation and Utilization Management, will report to Dr. Robert Collins. This change is effective Monday, Feb. 25.
