Learn more about caring for patients with dementia from expert Teepa L. Snow MS, OTR/L, FAOTA.
Snow is an occupational therapist who works as a dementia care and education specialist. She provides training to organizations throughout the U.S. and Canada and works closely with various service providers to develop, improve and optimize programs and services for those with dementia, their caretakers and family members.
Snow is a Fellow of the American Occupational Therapy Association. For the past six years, she has presented more than 350 programs a year and received many awards for her clinical and educational skills.
In collaboration with TriHealth Senior Services, Bethesda Foundation, Life Enriching Communities and Xavier University, Snow will present several programs in February at TriHealth and Twin Towers:
- Sorting out the 3 Ds: Delirium, Depression and Dementia, Feb. 25 from 8:30 to 11 a.m. in Bethesda North Golder Rooms
- Demystifying Resistance and Refusals, Feb 25 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. in Bethesda North Golder Rooms and Feb. 27 from 8:30 to 11 a.m. in Good Samaritan Conference Center Rooms A, B and C
- Making Moments of Joy, Feb. 25 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in Bethesda North Golder Rooms
- Dementia 360, Thursday, Feb. 26 from 8:30 to 11 a.m. at Twin Towers, LEC Gulden Center
