Kathy Nienaber RN, Good Samaritan 11AB, was presented with the Advanced Preceptor Award from the Greater Cincinnati Health Council.

The Advanced Precepting Award program is designed to recognize and reward exceptional Tri-state health care professionals who support health care students and team members through their organization's precepting program.

Award winners must be:

• Anurse or allied health professional with at least two years of occupational experience; and
• Professionally competent and dedicated to the clinical experience of students or the on-boarding of new team members.
