Kathy Fitzpatrick was selected the Team Member of the Month for October for Tristate Benefit Solutions.

Kathy joined TBS in May 2008 as a claims analyst. Since then, she has been promoted to data control coordinator and now works in the provider relations area, striving to exceed the expectations of her team.

In addition, co-workers say Kathy is always willing to help others. She plays a vital role in boosting the morale of the department and assisting in planning social events.
