Karen Ansari of Occupational Therapy at Bethesda North has been chosen by Bethesda Firestarters as the No. 1 Team Member for August.  

Karen's co-workers say she:

• Handles every situation with grace
• Raises team member moral
• Inspires fellow co-workers to do their best
• Leads by example
• Is the glue that keeps the team together
• Is respected and appreciated by all

Karen received a cash prize, a special parking spot for the month, refreshments for her department and a special No. 1 Team Member certificate. She will also have her photo placed on the wall outside the Bethesda North cafeteria.
