Jean Ackner MSOL, manager of Cardiovascular Services, and Beth Solomon MSW, MBA, senior consultant in Performance Improvement, completed a LEAN throughput project with a multidisciplinary cath lab team of nurses, technicians and TriHealth Heart Institute office staff at Bethesda North.

The outcomes of the project were very successful and are now published in the September issue of Cath Lab Digest.
