Jane Schappacher, of Good Samaritan Outpatient Cancer Care, and Kim Reynolds, of Bethesda North PSS, were named the Good Catch winners for June.

Each month, Patient Safety recognizes two associates for reporting a near-miss incident, or good catch, in the incident reporting information system (IRIS).

Both Kim and Jane were chosen for identifying and reporting an incident in which harm or potential harm to a patient was prevented.
