Benefit Open Enrollment ends this Friday, May 9. Don't miss your chance to rediscover your many benefit options and decide which plans are the best fit for your current situation.

The comprehensive FY 2015 Benefit Guide and a host of other Open Enrollment information is available on HRCentral.

Benefit Sessions

The Benefits Department and Voluntary Benefit Enrollers (for Critical Illness and Accident Insurance) will be onsite at various TriHealth locations during the FY2015 Open Enrollment period.

Click here to see the complete Benefit Session Schedule.

Accident and Critical Illness Insurance

If you wish to enroll in the voluntary Accident or Critical Illness Insurance, you will need to meet with a Voluntary Benefit Enroller at one of the Scheduled Voluntary Enrollment locations.

If you are unable to attend an onsite session, you can schedule an appointment to talk with a Voluntary Benefits Enroller by phone from May 5 to May 9.  For Critical Illness and/or Accident Insurance, visit trihealth.myannualenrollment.com to make a call center appointment.

Enrollers are available over the phone from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. From this site you can schedule a 20-minute phone appointment with a Voluntary Benefit Enroller.

Affordable Care Act (ACA)

TriHealth will comply with the ACA enrollment requirement by automatically assigning medical benefits to ALL benefit-eligible team members who do not have current medical coverage. This means if you are not currently enrolled in a TriHealth medical plan, you will be enrolled in the HD70 medical plan with single coverage effective July 1, 2014.

If you are covered by your spouse, parent or have other medical coverage outside of TriHealth (such as Medicare or Medicaid), Open Enrollment is your opportunity to waive or make changes to the TriHealth medical coverage.
