Managing your work and personal HR information will be a lot easier after Jan. 5, 2015. That's when the new Infor HR/Payroll information system that will replace Meditech goes into effect. Infor will be accessed through HRCentral or trihealth.com/hrcentral.

There are a number of advantages for team members and managers.

Employees

Employees will be able to complete a number of functions without needing to fill out forms or calling HR. These self-service functions include the ability to:

  • Make name changes - Getting married? You can change your name in your personnel record without filling out the form and faxing or bringing it to HR.  
  • Update your address, if you move.
  • Change your phone number.
  • View and print your paystub - You will no longer need to go to Paperless Pay for paystub information. (The Paperless Pay site will be available for three months to retrieve historical paystub data from prior to the 1/15/15 pay.)
    • Paystub links will appear under on HRCentral under Quick Links> Infor
    •  
  • You will also be able to
  • Change tax exemptions or additional amounts for federal and state taxes
  • Modify direct deposit routing.
    Note: KRONOS will continue to be the Time and Attendance system used at TriHealth.  

A Powere Point will be available for team members in early January to learn more about the advantages of using the new Infor self-service functions. There will also be open computer labs from Jan. 5-9 for managers, as well as Jan. 12-22 for team members. A schedule will be communicated as we get closer to implementation.

Managers

Mangers will have all of the team member options (listed above), plus the Self Service Function for Managers. Note the following highlights:

  • Paper PA forms are going away.
  • Action requests will be submitted electronically.
    • Managers will be able to electronically submit changes for team members:
      • work location
      • standard hours
      • demographic information (like phone number and address for self and team members)
      • transfers (within same department, other transfer actions work through your Recruiting team)
      • terminations (including exit evaluation)
  • In preparation for the go-live, there are two phases of training for supervisors, managers and directors with direct reports - an eLearn and a three hour live training. Supervisors, managers and directors (with direct reports) are expected to complete both phases of training. Those without direct reports are welcome to attend.   
  • Introduction to Infor WBT for managers/directors were assigned to all management level staff through the LEARN system. All participants should complete this eLearn prior to attending their live training session. 
  • Infor Live Training for Managers/Directors - All management level staff must register to attend live training to learn how to navigate through this new system and receive information on the process changes related to the new Infor system. 

Space is limited in each session so registering early will allow you to obtain a date that works best for you. You can register in LEARN for the live training program (titled: Infor Live Training for Managers/Directors) or by calling Corporate Education at 513 569 6595 X 1 and asking to be registered for the Infor Live Training for managers/directors. Please indicate the date and time you wish to attend.
