April 02, 2014
Seventeen years ago, TriHealth team members came together in spirit and generosity to support the efforts to build Hospice of Cincinnati's Blue Ash Inpatient Care Center.
It was the first dedicated hospice inpatient unit in the region with nurses trained specifically to care for the terminally ill.
Naturally, after serving over 16,000 patients and touching nearly 100,000 family members and friends, the physical space has become dated and worn. It's time to renovate this important community asset. And you can help make that happen.
How You Can Help
The campaign is already off to a great start. So far, more than $2.5 million has been raised toward our $3.5 million goal.
At the end of April, Hospice is embarking on a TriHealth Team Member Campaign, spearheaded by Leigh Gerdsen and Shirley (Walker Powell) Jones, retired TriHealth team members.
Soon, you will receive in the mail your opportunity to make a difference in your community. We hope you will join us in supporting this effort. Gifts can be cash, payroll deduction, GTB hours, stock, or other payment options.
