Hank Kerschen has been named to the new position of Manager, Practice Transformation. 

In his new role, Hank will report to Will Groneman, Executive Vice President System Development, and have accountability for leading, coordinating, and monitoring practice transformation activities. 

Hank has provided leadership for TriHealth to the communitywide Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative (CPC).  In that capacity, his role included oversight of the additional services needed to support both the 19 CPC practices as well as the 16 other TPEC practices not participating in CPC. 

He most recently worked as a Senior Consultant in the Performance Improvement Department. He joined TriHealth as an administrative resident in 2008, and has worked in Performance Improvement since 2009. In his role, he facilitated and led strategic projects throughout the organization, including work in the Department of Surgery, Department of Radiology and numerous ambulatory settings.

Hank holds a Master's in Health Services Administration from Xavier University. He is certified in LEAN and Change Management, and teaches Strategic Management and Marketing in Healthcare Organizations at Xavier University.
