Gynecologic and Obstetric Consultants of Greater Cincinnati has joined the TriHealth family, effective February 1, 2015. An obstetrics and gynecology practice, the group's physicians will continue to see patients at its current offices located in Montgomery and Mt. Auburn.
The three physicians joining TriHealth include Stewart J. Friedman MD, FACOG; Sara W. Lyons MD, FACOG; and Joel D. Pranikoff MD, FACOG.
TriHealth Gynecologic and Obstetric Consultants provides general gynecologic care, routine and high-risk obstetrical care, and a wide range of specialty care, such as urogynecology and pelvic reconstructive surgeries, minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries, including DaVinci Robotic Surgery, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) treatment and menopause treatment.
Patients will now benefit from the comprehensive range of services available in the integrated TriHealth system.
About the Physicians
- Stewart J. Friedman MD, FACOG - Dr. Friedman received his medical degree from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, followed by a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Indiana University Medical Center. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Sara W. Lyons MD, FACOG - Dr. Lyons received her medical degree from University of Kentucky College of Medicine, followed by a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Good Samaritan. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Joel D. Pranikoff MD, FACOG - Dr. Pranikoff received his medical degree from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, followed by a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Good Samaritan. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. He is also certified in advanced trauma life support by the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma.
