Back by popular demand, Good Samaritan will once again participate in the United Way basket giveaway. Prepare your basket and contact Sharon Hafertepe at 862 2912 by Monday, Sept. 16, to schedule a photo to be taken. Photos will be taken on Sept. 20 and Sept. 23. Make sure your basket has a clear wrap to protect the contents. Baskets will be kept in a secure room in between basket display days. A team of volunteers will deliver the baskets to and from the cafeteria on display days. 

• Each basket will need an electronic description completed so it can be posted on LinkNet. Please contact Sharon_Hafertepe@trihealth.com or Linda_Juengling@trihealth.com to obtain the form.
• The basket giveaway displays will be held in the cafeteria on Oct. 1, 7, 11, 15, 16, 18, 21, 23, 24, 25, and 25. The drawing will occur at 2 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 25.
•  Tickets will be sold in the cafeteria during the display times. Additional tickets will be available from Kelly Diaspro, 862 2601, in Administration, Security and the night shift nursing supervisors. Tickets sell for $1 each or 6 for $5. You can purchase these up to the final day of the basket display. 
• All unsold tickets need to be turned it to Administration in an envelope with your department and cost center number on it along with the money you have collected from ticket sales. Please mark the envelope “BASKET TICKET SALES.”
