TriHealth Bridge

October 31, 2021

FY2015 Open Enrollment runs from Monday, April 21, 2014 through Friday, May 9, 2014. Open Enrollment is your opportunity to enroll or make changes to your benefit elections. The elections you make during Open Enrollment are effective July 1, 2014.

Information packets will be mailed to team members' homes in early April. The medical/dental plan options, team member contribution rates and other resources will be available on HRCentral, beginning April 14.

Here are a few considerations that may help you prepare for Open Enrollment:

  • Review your current benefit plans.
  • Are these plans meeting your needs?
  • Create a list of the benefits that you wish to consider or learn more about.
  • Are you contributing to a Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account? Is it enough?
  • Review the voluntary benefit options that you may wish to elect in the new plan year.

Important note: The Affordable Care Act requires TriHealth to automatically enroll ALL benefit eligible team members not currently enrolled in a medical plan, effective July 1. This means if you are not currently enrolled in a TriHealth medical plan, you will be enrolled in a medical plan with single coverage.

If you are covered by your spouse, parent or have other medical coverage outside of TriHealth, such as Medicare or Medicaid, Open Enrollment is your opportunity to remove or make changes to the TriHealth medical coverage.
