This is a reminder that many of the spending account options offered through the TriHealth Benefits Program have an annual claim-filing deadline in order to receive reimbursement from your account. See the summary below for specific information

Healthcare FSA claims for services rendered between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013 should be submitted by Sept. 30, 2013 to Benesyst.

Employees who are electing the HD90 Plan for FY2014 for the first time

If you made a plan change to participate in the HD90 effective July 1, 2013, and you have a balance in your healthcare flexible spending account, you must submit your receipts for services incurred between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013 before the end of the plan year. Receipts must be submitted to the Benesyst no later than June 30, 2013.

Limited FSA claims for services rendered between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013 should be submitted by Sept. 30, 2013 to Benesyst.

Dependent Care account claims for services rendered between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013, should be submitted by Sept. 30, 2013 to Benesyst.
