Bethesda Foundation has started a Spirit of Compassion program at Bethesda North. 

The program gives grateful patients and family members the opportunity to recognize a physician, nurse or staff member who made a difference in their lives with a gift in their honor and a special note of thanks. 

Bethesda Foundation staff will deliver the note and recognize the caregiver with a Spirit of Compassion gift to commemorate the honor. 

Spirit of Compassion brochures are available throughout the hospital in the waiting room and lobby areas. Gifts to the program are used to provide support for programs and services at Bethesda North.
