The Bethesda North Firestarters recently held a three day Back to School drive to collect school supplies and cash for the children at St. Joseph's Orphanage. More than $128 was collected along with many backpacks, crayons, pencils and paper.

After receiving the items, a spokesperson for St. Joseph's said;
"Thank you for all of your help in coordinating the school supply drive for SJO. We are thrilled to have more supplies! What a pleasant surprise to receive a monetary donation also. Please extend our gratitude to all of the wonderful staff members at Bethesda North Hospital.”
