Access detailed interpreter services information quickly from the main LinkNet menu under TriHealth Resources > Interpreter Services.

This information explains:

  • When to request an interpreter;
  • How to request an interpreter;
  • When to use an in-person or over-the-phone interpreter; and
  • How to chart patient interpreter needs and communication goals in TriHealth Connect.

As a reminder, interpreter services are available to patients anytime at no cost.
