The Tie-Off: Bethesda North vs. Good Samaritan
Bethesda North and Good Samaritan leaders have raised the stakes this week with a bet on which hospital will take in more donations. If Bethesda North wins, Jamie Easterling, Good Samaritan executive director of hospital operations, famed for sporting bow ties, must wear a regular tie on March 16. If Good Samaritan wins, Barb Boyne, Bethesda North executive director of hospital operations, must wear a bow tie that day. The contest runs through March 13.
Handmade Wine Rack up for Auction
Last week's Bethesda Oak Silent Art Auction brought in more than $1,360 for our campaign! One final item remains - a wine rack, handmade and donated by professional woodworker Sean O'Donnell, husband of Nicole O'Donnell of Purchasing. Email a bid for this item by noon March 13 to Kristen Todd. The minimum bid is $250. (Payroll deduction is available.)
