TriHealth has partnered with Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider, for Cassidy Turley to manage all of TriHealth's properties, including medical office buildings and other buildings that TriHealth owns or leases for our business.
This takes effect Aug. 1. It does not include the main hospital structures of Bethesda North and Good Samaritan.
"We continue to increase our efficiency in order to become a more streamlined and effective health system," said Jerry Oliphant, executive vice president and chief operating officer. "We felt Cassidy Turley's expertise would allow us to focus even more on providing the highest quality service to our patients, physicians and staff at an affordable cost."
As part of the agreement, Cassidy Turley will work with TriHealth to consolidate property management functions and perform many services including property and facilities contract management; leasing administration, including tenant contact, lease negotiations, lease preparations and lease compliance; and a single point of contact for any property work orders or property issues."

The TriHealth Corporate Properties phone number and office location will remain the same.
