TriHealth has named Executive Directors for Hospital Operations at Good Samaritan and Bethesda North hospitals. The Executive Director serves as the hospital site director on a day-to-day basis and is responsible for oversight and coordination of daily operations, physician relationships and financial outcomes.

Barbara Boyne, Executive Director for Bethesda North Hospital

Boyne has been with TriHealth since 1983 beginning her career as a staff nurse at Good Samaritan.  She has held various leadership roles including nursing manager, performance improvement consultant, director of Revenue Management and most recently director of Access and Care Management since 2007. As director of Access and Care Management, Boyne was instrumental in creating one of Cincinnati's first hospital based centralized pre-certification programs, reduced the insurance selection error rate by 90 percent and increased point-of-service collections to an all time. She received a BSN in nursing from the College of Mount St. Joseph and a MBA from Xavier University.

Jamie Easterling, Executive Director for Good Samaritan Hospital

Easterling began with TriHealth in 1999 as a supervisor of Radiology and CT at Bethesda North. Prior to TriHealth he worked at Jewish and St Luke Hospitals as a Rad/CT and Cath lab technologist respectively. He served as the manager of Radiology for Bethesda North for 11 years and most recently has served as System Administrator for TriHealth Imaging. Jamie received both his BS in Imaging Sciences and MBA from Morehead State University.

In September, 2012, TriHealth announced a new structure and appointed John R. Robinson MD FACS CPE as Senior Vice President, Hospital Operations and Robert Collins MD as Vice President, Medical Affairs, Hospitals.
