Robert H. Collins MD will serve as the interim chief medical officer for TriHealth, effective Monday, Dec. 29, following Dr. Georges Feghali's move to Abu Dhabi.
Dr. Collins currently serves as the vice president, Medical Affairs for TriHealth, a position he has held since 2013.
Dr. Collins brings to this role exceptional clinical acumen and a true passion for collaborating with professionals in all health care disciplines to improve the lives of those we serve.
Dr. Collins has held many titles at Bethesda North over the years, including chairman, Department of Surgery; chairman, Division of Vascular Surgery; and director, Vascular Laboratory. He has been a member of the Hospital Executive Committee, Medical Records Committee and the Patient Care Committee. Dr. Collins also served as the executive medical director at Bethesda North and was also the vice president, medical affairs at Bethesda North.
Dr. Collins is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his residency in general surgery and fellowship in vascular surgery at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York.
