Dorit Gilman RN, of Bethesda North's float pool, has been chosen as the No. 1 Team Member of the Month for March by the Bethesda North Firestarters.

A patient expressed his positive experience with Dorit after an emergent cardiac procedure put the patient in the hospital Super Bowl weekend.

The patient said Dorit went above an beyond expected by explaining to the patient in detail what to expect through the weekend and providing a calming and reassuring influence.
