Don't miss your chance for some great summer fun! Registration ends on Monday, Aug 11, for the 2014 Employee/Volunteer Family Picnic on Saturday, Aug. 23, from 1 p.m. until dark at Stricker's Grove. Employees and volunteers must register themselves, family members so tickets can be mailed to you for the picnic.

Tickets and a TriHealth ID or driver's license are required to enter the park. No cash will be accepted on site. Food, games and entertainment will be provided for the whole family.

Here's a preview of fun games that will be available at the picnic.

TriHealth Trivia for a $75 Prize

Find and correctly answer trivia questions posted throughout the park. Employees must deposit completed entry forms at the basket booth by 5 p.m. The first entry randomly drawn and verified with the most correct answers will win. The winner will be announced at 5:30 p.m. and posted at the basket booth. A $75 gift card will be awarded to the winning team member/volunteer.

Heads/Tails: A Game of Chance for Individuals

Match heads or tails called by the announcer each round and be the last one standing. To play, you must purchase a colored bracelet at the front gate for $1. The color determines your session time: 4:30 p.m., 4:40 p.m. or 4:50 p.m. Up to five prizes will be awarded at each session. This contest will take place in the bingo hall.

TriHealth Picnic Committee is looking for team members to volunteer at the picnic with a requested one-hour minimum commitment. Jobs could include: face painting, selling bracelets for head/tails contest, welcoming guests at the registration tables, bingo, basket booth.
