Donita Ross, BSN, RN, CGRN, NE-BC, has accepted the position of Nurse Manager II of the 5T3 unit at Bethesda North.

Donita has an extensive nursing background rooted in sound values and traditions of Cincinnati nursing.

As a nurse leader, Donita has held various roles, but most recently has been the Nurse Manager for Endoscopy/GI, which includes the Center for Digestive Health and GI Nurse Navigator Program. This multimillion-dollar program competes with the highest volume in the city and is known in this region for its high level of quality care. Donita is an innovative leader who strives for the pursuit of excellence in all that she does.

Donita will assume her new responsibilities Sept. 9 and utilize her leadership and team-oriented skills to help improve quality, safety, customer service and patient outcomes in this new role.
