TriHealth diversity teams have been ranked 12th in the nation by the Association of ERGs & Councils, a group that supports team member resource groups and diversity councils within organizations.
TriHealth received a 2014 ERG & Council Honors Award in July and, at the formal award dinner and ceremony, our organization learned its 12th-place rank among the 25 award winners. TriHealth moved up two spots in the rankings, compared to last year.
This is the second year TriHealth diversity teams have received the award, which recognizes outstanding contributions and achievements by team member resource groups and diversity councils to further the diversity and inclusion process within organizations.
