TriHealth's diversity advisory councils and team member resource groups are some of the best in the country, according to the Association of ERGs & Councils.
Our system has earned an ERG & Council Honors Award, which recognizes the top 25 groups and councils for their outstanding contributions and achievements that further the diversity and inclusion process within organizations.
This is the second year TriHealth diversity teams have received this award. Our organization has five team member-run councils, a leadership-driven council and four team member-run resource groups. Each supports our Diversity and Inclusion strategy through team member education and creating a diverse work environment.
"We call our diversity advisory councils and team member resource groups here at TriHealth 'diversity teams,' and they are the foundation of our diversity and inclusion strategy," said Lisette Davis, director of Diversity Services.
"These teams set the pace for the organization and work together in order to develop strong relationships through inclusion at all levels."
Linda Stokes, president and CEO of PRISM International Inc., parent of the Association of ERGs and Diversity Councils said, "Diversity councils are organizational business assets that contribute to workforce and marketplace growth."
