Diversity Councils Honors Award LogoTriHealth's Diversity Advisory Councils have been named among the nation's Top 25 team member resource groups in the country by The Association of Diversity Councils.

The Diversity Councils Honors Award, given annually, recognizes, honors and celebrates outstanding contributions and achievements of diversity council groups that lead in the diversity and inclusion process across organizations. These groups demonstrate results in their workforce, workplace and marketplace.

"Diversity Councils are organizational business assets that contribute to workforce and marketplace growth," said Linda Stokes, President and CEO of PRISM International Inc., parent of the Association of Diversity Councils. "These individual councils help organizations live out its values of respect and inclusion."

TriHealth's Diversity Councils - six team member-run councils and a leadership-driven council - are team member groups that lead, advocate, coordinate, inform and support the Diversity & Inclusion Strategy. Council members educate team members about diversity and inclusion and provide ways to create a more inclusive work environment. They continually reinforce the company's commitment to the diversity process.

"Our Diversity Advisory Councils are the foundation of our diversity and inclusions strategy," said Lisette Davis, Director of Diversity Services. "These councils set the pace for the organization and work together as teams in order to develop strong relationships through inclusion at all levels."
