Denise Becker has joined the Human Resources department. She will take over recruitment duties previously performed by Melissa Jansing.

Denise has more than 25 years of HR experience.  She has held various positions, which include recruitment, team member relations, training and development and generalist duties.

She has held positions with several established companies such as Ethicon-Endo Surgery, Gibson Greeting Inc., Comair and Fifth Third Bancorp.  Most recently she was a team lead for the Super Job Center where she significantly increased hiring placement for clients. She spearheaded hiring events and was successful in managing high profile accounts.

Denise is no stranger to our team, as she was instrumental in assisting the department in the screening process for select positions at TriHealth.

Denise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in social sciences from the University of Cincinnati and a master's degree in personnel and training from Xavier University. One of Denise's references described her as, "a first class professional with only the best of work ethics, a team player, dedicated, hard working, responsive and above all trustworthy and honest."
