Danielle Arnett of Good Samaritan 15AB has been named the Good Catch winner for August.

Each month, the Patient Safety department recognizes a TriHealth team member for reporting a near-miss incident, or "good catch," using the incident reporting system, IRIS.

Danielle was recognized for identifying and reporting an incident in which harm or potential harm to a patient was prevented.
