As part of its continued commitment to diversity, TriHealth is forming a Young Professionals team member resource group (ERG) for individuals 21 to 39 years old who are passionate about education, talent management and community engagement.

This group seeks to:

• Provide a forum for young professionals to interact and knowledge share
• Promote intergenerational understanding at TriHealth, an organization with four generations of team members
• Attract, engage, retain and train young talent (TriHealth's future leaders) in an effort to make TriHealth the region's employer of choice
• Foster professional development and personal growth through networking, mentoring and peer coaching
• Serve the Greater Cincinnati community as representatives of TriHealth
