Chris Hamant has been promoted to regional director of Clinical Engineering. He will begin in his new role Nov. 17.

Chris has served as manager of Clinical Engineering for Bethesda North since March 2011. He led the department through several key initiatives, most notably the medical device integration to EPIC and the assumption of Clinical Engineering services at Bethesda Butler.

He continues to lead the department's audit of medical device security.
